Where's all my fellow neuro-spices?? One-on-one support mainly for those suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, loss of identity, PTSD/CPTSD, and faith deconstruction. I also work with many trans folx, and other members of the LGBTQIA+ community. 

Whether you are at your wits end with each other, or just looking to fine-tune a few things, I love working with couples/relationships of all shapes and sizes! Specifically, I offer couples therapy for pre-marital counseling, repair after an affair, sex therapy, amicable uncoupling, and everything in between! I am kink and poly affirming. 

A place for you to use all the "skibidi, fuck, shit" words you need! For teens 13+, I provide support through the uphill battle that is navigating school, relationships, family dynamics, and self expression. Teen years can feel especially isolating, but you're not alone! I also particularly enjoy working with trans youth.

Healing from religious trauma, whether you are wanting to maintain a faith practice, or depart entirely. This can be incorporated into any therapies offered, but it is one of my favorite niches with which to work! 

Think you may have ADHD? Taking forever to see a psychiatrist? Don't have insurance to cover a $1,000+ assessment? Sitting at home on the couch, waiting for that 3p appointment, even though you have plenty of things you "should" be doing before 3p? I am trained to provide ADHD assessments for adults who are wanting to explore medication treatment with a PCP, needing ADA accommodations, and/or just wanting some validation for the last several years of feeling misunderstood!
